1. Reinstall the Application

If the uninstaller file is missing or corrupted, the cleanest way to fix it is to overwrite it by reinstalling the program.

Download the installer for the specific software that is throwing the error.
Run the installer to reinstall or "Repair" the application.
This recreates the missing uninst.exe file, allowing you to uninstall it normally afterwards if desired.

2. Use Windows Troubleshooter

Microsoft provides a built-in tool to fix programs that cannot be uninstalled.
