1. Run SFC and DISM Repairs

- Press
Windows Key + Xand select Terminal (Admin) or Command Prompt (Admin). - Type
sfc /scannowand press Enter. Wait for the scan to finish. - Type
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthand press Enter. - Restart your computer.
2. Disable and Re-enable Speech Recognition
