End the Process and Restart

Add an Exclusion to Windows Defender

Antivirus programs frequently flag torrent daemons as false positives and quarantine them.

افتح Windows Settings (أضغط) Win + I )
إذهب إلى Privacy & security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
تحت Virus & threat protection settings ، انقر Manage settings.

Delete Corrupted Configuration Cache

Corrupted session data or resume files will cause the daemon to fail during startup.
