Errors usually happen because the file is missing, corrupted, or blocked by a system glitch. Follow these native Windows solutions to fix it.

1. Run the System File Checker (SFC)

Windows has a built-in tool that automatically replaces missing or damaged system files using a healthy internal cached copy.
